Deep Water Inn Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Deep Water Inn. We hope you enjoy your stay with us. In an effort to ensure that all guests are given the same safety and comfort we ask that while staying with us you adhere to the following rules and regulations:
  • All bookings require a valid credit card to be placed on file at check in.
  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to 3pm on the original check in date will be accepted without charge. Guest will be responsible for 25% of the remaining booking if cancellation is not made within this time frame. No shows are responsible for entirety of booking.
  • All guests must be registered at time of check in. Failure to report all guests residing in the accommodation during check in will result in eviction from the premises without a refund.
  • This is a no smoking property. All rooms and grounds are to be smoke free. Any evidence that a guest has violated this policy will be documented and a $175 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
  • We ask that noise be kept to a minimum after 10pm. Any noise complaints from other guests may result in your eviction from the premises without a refund.
  • Any behavior deemed inappropriate by management such as improper use of facilities, illegal activity, damage to property, etc. is prohibited. Damage to or removal of the property or belongings of Deep Water Inn will result in immediate eviction from premises and the damage to or replacement of property will be charged to the credit card on file.
  • No children under the age of 18 shall be left unaccompanied in rooms.
  • Pets are allowed in specific rooms only. Pets in enclosures must be supervised at all times. Deep Water Inn is not responsible for lost or stolen pets. Management must be aware of all pets on property and with the exception of service dogs, a pet rate will be charged at the rate $20 per night. In addition, the following pet policies must be adhered to:
    • Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture. Violation of this policy will result in a $75 cleaning fee being charged to the credit card on file.
    • Pet waste must be properly disposed of in any of the trashcans located on property, outside of the rooms.
    • When not in the room, pets must be on leash.
    • Any damage to the room caused by a pet will be the guest’s responsibility and will be charged to the credit card on file.
